The following information is required for print orders:
- Email and phone number
- Print size required
- Type of paper (glossy or matte)
- Quantity of each photo (1 of each, 2 of each, etc.)
If you have different sizes, please separate your files and group them together to the requested sizes. Do not list the file names.
When sending in your images for printing, please make sure the resolution and file size is sufficient for the size that you have requested. If you are sending it from your phone, please make sure it is sent as actual size or that it’s the original file. Make sure that it does not exceed the email size limit. After sending, make sure that your email is in the sent box, and not in the outbox. If the photos are not sufficient for the size that you have requested, we will usually send you an email letting you know.
After sending your email order, wait for our response via email. You should receive an email listing our policy and prices. After you have read our policy and prices, please send in your written confirmation via email. After we receive your written confirmation, we will send you a time to pick up your order.
If you only have one image you would like printed or if your print order totals less than $10.00, then please send in the photos first. Then, come in-store to complete your transaction and we can process your order. However, please note that your order will not be immediately processed.
If you have a large quantity of photos you would like to print out, please send it as a link; via WeTransfer, a Google Drive link, DropBox, or whatever sharing sites that can allow photos to be emailed over. Make sure we have permission to access the images and that we can download the images as a zip.
Please refrain from coming in store to send in your email order. We highly recommend that the emails are sent prior coming in-store.
We do not offer on the spot service for printing. We’re not able to print photos while you wait in the shop.
No, we do not offer restoration, retouching or photoshopping services.
No, unfortunately we do not accept any online payments such as Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or any other sites. We only accept card payments over the phone or in-store.
Sorry about that! We’re a small family-run business and when we get busy, we can’t always respond right away. If your order is urgent, please give us a call and let us know.
Usually, scans are sent through WeTransfer. If you haven’t received your photos after 24-48 hours (for color film) or 48-72 hours (for B/W), please make sure to check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received your photos, please send us an email at accuratephotoshop@yahoo.com and we’ll track it down as soon as possible.
It’s usually next day or in two business days. If you requested digital scans and you’ve already received them via email, that means your negatives are ready for pickup.
Physical prints are usually available next day during the afternoon. However, pickup time will vary so it will be told to you during drop-off.
Please hold on to your ticket for pickup.
(This question does not apply for mail-in orders)
Yes, please hold on to your ticket. If possible, please take a photo of your ticket (both front and back). If you lose your ticket, you will need to provide your name, phone number, email and the date you dropped off your order. If you have ordered email scans, you can also look up the WeTransfer link that was sent to you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are unable to pick up your order and are having someone else pick it up for you, send us an email or give us a call ahead of time, so we can make a note on your order. You will also need to provide them your information. (Your ticket, name, phone number, email and the date you dropped off your order.) If they are unable to provide this information, we cannot give them your order.
We hang on to orders for up to three months after the order is complete. If you have ordered scans only via email, the WeTransfer link that is sent to you will include the date. If you have ordered processing and/or prints only, the date will be included on the ticket stub that is given to you during drop-off. (Please hold on to it or take a picture of the ticket stub.)
We can help with making shipping arrangements and will be happy to work with you if you can’t come in right away. You can send us an email regarding shipping out your order. We do not offer refunds for unclaimed orders.
Unclaimed orders will be discarded without any additional notification.
It is your responsibility to pick up your negatives/order or contact us to make arrangements for pickup.
Yes we do! The largest size we do is 24” x 36” (please refer to prices page for prints). If you’re sending an email to do a large-size print, be sure to send the image in a high resolution, ie, 7200 by 10,800 pixels with a 300 dpi at the minimum for 24×36. Lower resolution images will result in distorted prints. If we feel the image we’ve received is not of a sufficient resolution to be printed, we will contact you via email.
Yes! We sell them too. Prices for developing disposable cameras will be under 35mm C-41/color or B&W.
Yes, we’ll try our best, but know that older/expired film may not produce the best results in terms of color/quality. If your film doesn’t produce any images, we will only charge you a flat, processing fee (see prices for “PROCESSING ONLY”).
No, but we do sell frames.
Unfortunately, the chemicals we use to process film are expensive and we don’t know when we process the film if any images will come out. Therefore, we have to charge a fee for processing, regardless of whether the images come out.
Usually a blank roll is due to a camera loading error. This happens when the film lead is not fully attached to the spool, so the film doesn’t advances. It can also be due to a camera issue, for example dead batteries, a broken light meter, incorrect settings on the shutter or aperture, or a mechanical problem with the shutter. When a roll comes out blank, we give you a store credit for the cost of scanning and/or printing. The store credit has to be claimed in-store.
If you got a blank roll, you can bring in your camera and we can go over what went wrong, and how to avoid it in the future.
No, just walk in. The wait time for printing is typically 15 minutes. You can review our pricing on our Passport/ID photos page.
